Saving an Item
Follow these steps to save a query, report, visual item, or dashboard:
1 When you finish creating the item, click Save.
2 In the Save window, navigate through the folders and select the appropriate location to save the new item.
3 Enter the name of the item in the Item Name field and a brief description in the Description field.
4 Select the Security tab. Select the security roles that can view and edit the item.
Note: If there are no security roles selected, all the security roles can view and edit the item.
5 Click Save.
