Follow these steps to import data:
1 Select Data Migration from the Administration drop-down menu.
2 Select the Import tab.
3 If desired, select the Update existing records check box.
Note: If there are records in the .xml zip file that exist in the portal repository, then by default they are not changed. However, if the Update existing records check box is selected, the existing records are updated and replaced by the records in the .xml file.
4 Select from the following import options:
• Upload file. Import a zipped .xml file that is on a local drive.
• Upload from a file on server. Enter the name of the file to import.

5 When finished click Import.
6 When the import is complete, a confirmation window appears. Click OK.
