The PM Compliance dashboard provides the measures to assess proactive activity in the maintenance department and compliance with PM goals. The PM vs. CM and Planned and Unplanned Work Order KPIs can be directly compared for all sites, showing that not all CM work orders are reactive. These individual KPIs, using closed work orders, can be used to drill in to more analysis of the areas to move to PM. You can use the associated Labor Distribution KPIs and the focused measure of unplanned labor to identify trends in labor distribution where unplanned labor can be reduced.
