Configuring Microsoft Outlook
You need to add a QADCRM category in Microsoft Outlook if your system is configured to require synchronizing all contacts, activities, or tasks categorized in the QADCRM category from Microsoft Outlook to QAD CRM.
To add a QADCRM category:

On the Microsoft Outlook window, click Categorize.
The Color Categories window displays.

Click New to open the Add New Category window.

Enter QADCRM in the Name field and select a color and a shortcut key.

Click OK.
