Request for Quote (RFQ) Functionality
Customers can load RFQs (Requests for Quotes) from QAD Enterprise Asset Management and view these RFQs in SCP. Suppliers can view RFQs for which they are qualified bidders and bid on those RFQs in SCP. Automatic notifications of bidding on and status changes to RFQs can be sent. This enhancement was added in this release.
Closed PO Display Policy
Closed POs can now be displayed or hidden on the Orders view by making use of the new Closed PO Display policy. This enhancement was added in this release.
ASN Quantity Not Equal to Order Quantity Alert
If the Alert ‘ASN shipped Quantity Not Equal to Order Quantity’ is enabled, every time an ASN is shipped and ASN Line Qty <> Order Qty or ASN Line Qty <> Qty in Schedule Release Detail Line, this ASN alert will be sent out to defined receivers. This enhancement was added in this release.

Below Min % Field in Min/Max View
A field [Below MIN %] was added in Min/Max to show the % of QoH/Min. If Qty >= Min, it shows the percentage. If Qty < Min, it shows the percentage. If Min = 0, it shows NULL. This enhancement was added in this release.

Print Tab in Supplier Maintenance View
A Print tab was added in Supplier Maintenance with two sub-tabs: ‘Supplier Report’ to show the supplier of this customer and ‘Supplier User Login Report’ to show the login history of the Supplier account which belongs to the supplier organization that assigned by this customer. This enhancement was added in this release.
Poller Validation of XML File
The MFG/PRO poller now validates the XML file created while running the VMI or Kanban Poller for any invalid characters and gives an appropriate error in the validation.out file if the invalid characters are found in the xml file. Previously, in the above scenario, no XML validation was carried out for the generated XML file on the client side.This release fixes this issue.
Enhanced ASN Deletion Capability
The menu option Admin >> Company >> Delete Records >> ASNs now can be used to delete any specified ASNs regardless of the status of those ASNs. Previously, only “Received” ASNs would get deleted. This release fixes this issue.
Customer Admin Can Change Supplier Admin User ID
The Customer Admin user can now change the User ID of the Admin user of any Supplier. Previously, the User ID of the Supplier Admin user was not allowed to be changed. This release fixes this issue.
The Min-Max calculation function now sets the Max quantity equal to 1 if the calculated value is less than 1. Previously, the Max quantity would be less than 1 if it was so calculated. This release fixes this issue.
Audit Trail Maintained for Supplier Admin User ID Change
Any update to UserID of the SupplierAdmin account, is now captured in the audit trail. Previously, in the above scenario, no audit trail was maintained.
Poller Program Functionality on Sun Solaris and Unix
The Poller programs now work without any errors on Sun Solaris and Unix operating systems. Previously in the above scenario, the .sh scripts did not execute properly while running the Poller programs on Sun Solaris system. This release fixes this issue.
Empty Value UDF Fields
An empty value for UDF field can be loaded into SCP. Previously in the above scenario, an empty value for UDF field could not be loaded into SCP. This release fixes this issue.
Admin Account Login Exceptions
Exceptions are not displayed in the server log when the built-in ‘admin’ account user logs in. Previously in the above scenario, the built-in 'admin' account user could log in successfully, but an exception was displayed in the server log. This release fixes this issue.
ASN Import with CVS File
The ASN Import functionality now does not generate any error when the supplier user enters the data in the Excel Workbook, saves it as a CSV file, and the CSV file is used for importing ASNs. Previously, in the above scenario, the ASN Import window would generate “Invalid column name” error. This release fixes this issue.
