  • Invalid Rates Tab
    The Invalid Rates tab lists routes that did not meet the criteria in the shipment routing rules. This information is for reference purposes only. You cannot use this tab to correct rating errors.

    Rate Shop Task: Invalid Rates
    There are a number of columns in the Invalid Rates tab.

    Invalid Rates Columns
    The carrier associated with the service.
    A description of the carrier service.
    The carrier service code.
    The mode of transport; for example, air or rail.
    The error code.
    A description of the error.
    To sort the table by a particular column, click the column title. An arrow appears next to the column title, indicating that the table is sorted in either ascending or descending order. To reverse the sorting order, click the column title again. To access the column menu, click the arrow that appears when you roll over any column header in the table, as displayed in Rate Shop Task: Invalid Rates Tab Column Menu.

    Use the Sort Ascending and Sort Descending options to sort the table.
    The Columns option allows you to select the columns to be included in the display. Invalid Rates Columns lists the columns available.
    The Group By This Field option allows you to categorize the rates in the table based on a particular column. Open the column menu by clicking the down arrow in the header of the column that you want to categorize by. Rate Shop Task: Invalid Rate Tab with Groups displays the contents of the Invalid Rates table categorized by carrier. There are two different carriers in this example, with FedEx offering two rates and UPS offering one rate.

    When the Show in Groups option is enabled, it performs the same function as the Group By This Field option. When the Show in Groups option is not enabled, it removes any grouping that exists, and displays each row in the table separately.
