Pamela Lopker
President and Chairman of the Board
Pamela Lopker is Chairman of the Board and President of QAD. Lopker founded the company in 1979 and is responsible for shaping the vision and strategic direction of QAD, as well as directing the company’s global research and development efforts.

Lopker has long been recognized for her entrepreneurialism and leadership in the advancement in manufacturing software. In March 2001, Fortune magazine named Lopker a "Hero of U.S. Manufacturing." She has been profiled four times by Forbes magazine and numbers among Manufacturing Systems’ “Legends of Manufacturing,” as well as START magazine’s manufacturing industry visionaries. She received Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year award for the Greater Los Angeles area in 1996.
Lopker earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) by the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS).

Karl Lopker
Chief Executive Officer
Karl Lopker is Chief Executive Officer of QAD. Lopker oversees all aspects of QAD’s business, and is responsible for the company’s operations, including QAD’s expansion into new markets and the development of a strong regional and industry-specific focus.

Lopker draws on expertise and insight gained from his tenure as president of Deckers Outdoor Corporation (NMS: DECK), which he founded in 1973. After he joined QAD in 1981, Lopker continued to hold a board of directors' position with Deckers, now a multimillion-dollar company including Teva, Simple and Ugg footwear brands.
Lopker serves on the Board of Directors for QAD. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Lopker also is certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) at the Fellow level from the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS)

Gordon Fleming
Chief Marketing Officer
Gordon Fleming is Chief Marketing Officer of QAD, responsible for leading the company's global marketing organization. He is also responsible for the definition of QAD's key market strategy and development of the company’s strategic vertical roadmaps.

Fleming joined QAD in 1995 and was responsible for QAD operations in Australia and New Zealand. In addition to enterprise resource planning software, his previous experience includes work in the corporate finance sector at Schroders plc and Barclays Group plc in the United Kingdom. With a background in electrical engineering, Fleming also has worked in commissioning and manufacturing roles for the defense and communications sectors.

Daniel Lender
Chief Financial Officer
Daniel Lender was reappointed Chief Financial Officer in October 2008. He served as QAD's CFO from July 2003 to September 2008. Prior to that, he was QAD's Vice President of Global Sales Operations and Vice President of Latin America.

Lender initially joined QAD in 1998 as Treasurer, following a nine-year tenure with the former Republic National Bank of New York in various executive roles.
He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science degree in applied economics and business management from Cornell University.

Leif Petersen
Chief Information Officer
Leif Petersen Chief Information Officer of QAD. He oversees the company’s business systems and provides guidance and direction to support QAD’s information technology architecture.

Petersen has served as Chief Technology Officer of QAD Business Systems and as director of Global Technical Services within the company’s research and development organization. He joined QAD in 1995 with responsibility for product development and the genesis of technical services that are now part of QAD Global Services capabilities.
Before joining QAD, Petersen held posts in the telecommunications industry including director of information technology for Worldcom, where he supported expansion of the company’s IT operations concurrent with Worldcom’s growth from $200 million to $2.3 billion over five years.
Petersen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the University California, Santa Barbara.

Murray Ray
Chief People Officer
Murray Ray is Chief People Officer of QAD. He is responsible for the full spectrum of human resources functions, from training, executive development and recruiting, to succession planning, human capital strategy, culture change and regulatory issues. He also acts as an executive sponsor for certain QAD acquisitions and large global clients.

Ray previously served as Executive Vice President of global services and human resources. He was the founder of QAD Global Services and nurtured it's growth to a global operation. Prior to this Ray was Managing Director of QAD Australia. Before joining QAD in 1996, Ray's career included positions in general management, marketing and professional services at Tristar Recruitment, AT&T and an 11-year tenure at Digital Equipment Corp.
Ray received a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Western Australia. He also completed the advanced management programs at the Australian Management College, Mt. Eliza, and the University of Hawaii.

Tony J. Winter
Chief Technology Officer
Tony J.Winter is Chief Technology Officer for QAD, responsible for driving the company’s long-term technology, architecture and product release strategies. Winter oversees a global Research & Development team, manages all technical relationships with QAD global partners, and innovates on QAD’s key technology initiatives, including its mobile computing and QAD On Demand.

Winter joined QAD in 1999, holding several key roles in Global Services and QAD R&D, including creating the Release Foundation Group and earning QAD’s highest technology honor, the Distinguished Engineer, for his U.S. and international patent for technology used in services-oriented architecture (S0A).
As a specialist in enterprise application architecture and enabling technologies, Winter has more than 15 years software R&D experience. He holds s a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Physics and Computer Science from Staffordshire University in the United Kingdom.

Kara Bellamy
Senior Vice President, Controller & Chief Accounting Officer
Kara Bellamy is Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of QAD. She joined QAD as Assistant Corporate Controller in July 2004 after working for Somera Communications, Inc. as its Corporate Controller.

Bellamy began her career at the public accounting firm of Ernst & Young. She is a Certified Public Accountant and received a bachelor of arts degree in business economics with an accounting emphasis from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Anton Chilton
Senior Vice President, Global Services
Anton Chilton is Senior Vice President, Global Services of QAD, a position held since December 2008. Prior to this, Chilton served as Managing Director, QAD Australia from 2006 to 2008 and Services Director, QAD Asia Pacific from 2004 to 2006.

Before joining QAD in 2004, Chilton held senior roles in global systems integration companies, including Atos Origin and Cap Gemini for over 12 years. He has extensive experience in Asia, Africa and Europe, has managed business consulting and global account management teams and has built an extensive knowledge of the design and delivery of high value software and outsourcing solutions. Prior to his experience in the consulting world, Chilton worked for six years at British Steel, designing software and infrastructure solutions to support the business. Before this he served in the British Royal Navy's Submarine Service.

Chris Hageman
Senior Vice President, Global Customer Support
Chris Hageman is Senior Vice President, Global Customer Support of QAD. Hageman oversees worldwide customer support operations including help desk and quality-related functions. His tenure at QAD includes roles as U.S. regional sales manager and vertical manager, Life Sciences in QAD Singapore.

Earlier in his career, Hageman held sales leadership and accounting systems management positions at ISS Healthcare and Vanguard Securities, respectively.
Hageman has a Bachelor of Science in management from St. Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, Penn.

Paul Henderson
Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific
Paul Henderson is Senior Vice President, QAD Asia Pacific. At the helm of regional sales and business development, he is responsible for ensuring QAD customers receive superior solutions and support in the Asia Pacific region.

Henderson joined QAD in 1998 to oversee QAD operations in Australia and New Zealand, following a decade at SSA that culminated in management of the enterprise resource planning software vendor’s South Asia business. Henderson also worked in sales at IBM, and in industrial relations at Australian steel manufacturer Tubemakers (now OneSteel).
Paul has a Bachelor of Commerce degree with an emphasis on industrial relations, from the University of Newcastle. He is certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) by the American/Australian Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS).

Bill Keese
Senior Vice President, Research & Development
Bill Keese has 26 years of experience in the software industry. He is currently Senior Vice President of QAD Research & Development, directly reporting to QAD president Pam Lopker. Keese is a member of the QAD Strategic Steering Committee, setting the future product direction for QAD, and working closely with the QAD R&D organization and development process.

Keese has been at QAD for 13 years, holding various roles within the R&D and product management organizations. Prior to joining QAD, he spent 15 years developing business applications specializing in financial, procurement and material planning. He holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management Information Systems.

John Neale
Senior Vice President and Treasurer
John Neale is Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of QAD. Neale has served in this role since 2007 after initially joining QAD in 2005 as the Director of Finance for the Asia Pacific region including the emerging economies of China and India.
Prior to joining QAD, Neale served in various Asia Pacific financial leadership roles with leading US headquartered software developers and distributors including BMC Software and the former E.piphany.

He earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business in 2012. Neale also holds a Bachelor of Economics from Sydney University, a Master of Business from the University of Technology, Sydney and is a Certified Practicing Accountant with the Australian Society of CPAs.

Lisa Pope
Senior Vice President, Global Sales Strategy & North America
Lisa Pope is Senior Vice President of Global Sales Strategy and QAD North America. In addition to overseeing global sales strategy, account planning and strategy and sales force execution, Pope manages programs including customer joint development.

Prior to joining QAD, Pope was Vice President of Sales for Oracle’s Strategic Account Applications team, which focused solely on Oracle’s top manufacturing customers. During her nine-year tenure at Oracle, she held a series of management roles in industry segments including aerospace and defense, high technology electronics, and industrial and consumer sectors. Pope also has served in sales positions at Triad Systems, NCR and AT&T.
Pope earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from University of California, Santa Barbara.

Eugenio Riveroll
Senior Vice President, Latin America
Eugenio Riveroll is Senior Vice President, QAD Latin America. Riveroll joined the QAD team in 1991 as a distributor for QAD Mexico. He has also served as the Country Manager for QAD Mexico and Regional Director for the same region.

Prior to QAD, Riveroll worked for Arthur Andersen Consulting for eight years. He holds a CPA Bachelor’s degree from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico.

Jean-Claude Walravens
Senior Vice President, Europe, Middle East and Africa
Jean-Claude Walravens is Senior Vice President, QAD Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). He leads QAD operations including delivery of quality solutions and support and managing growth in Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, South Africa, Spain, Turkey and the United Kingdom. He also oversees a broad network of QAD distributors and resellers across EMEA.

Walravens previously served as President, EMEA of Manugistics, and held senior regional management posts at Numetrix, Computer Sciences Corporation and Thorn Software.
Walravens graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) with a degree in civil engineering, and earned his Executive MBA at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

Charlie Eggerding
Vice President, On Demand
Charlie Eggerding is Vice President, On Demand of QAD. In this role he is responsible for the company’s SaaS strategy and execution. Eggerding joined QAD in 1993 and helped define the company's vertical market strategy. He was instrumental in launching the global automotive practice, which he led from 1993 to 2000.

After a brief departure, Eggerding returned to QAD in 2007 to help transition the company's SaaS business model. In the interim, he held executive positions at hosted application services provider Corio (acquired by IBM in 2005), Covisint and LeanLogistics (SaaS for transportation management).
Eggerding has worked with leading VC firms developing On Demand strategies for portfolio companies. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and is certified in Production and Inventory Management by APICS.

Phil Friedman
Vice President, Industry and Product Marketing
Phil Friedman is Vice President, Industry and Product Marketing of QAD. Friedman joined QAD in 2007 and brings more than 35 years of experience in industry focused sales, marketing, consulting and business management to the company.

Previous positions held by Friedman include Executive Vice President at FullTilt Solutions, a key PIM supplier to product-oriented industries; Vice President Consumer, Life Sciences and Process Industries for Oracle Corp. where he was responsible for defining, implementing and managing the $100 million business; Global CTO for Philip Morris International; Vice-president Technology and Research for American Express; Group Vice President for Contel Information Systems; and Staff Engineer for Con Edison of New York.
Friedman holds certificates in Engineering Technology, Computer Science and Business Administration from City University of New York, RCA Institutes and The New School for Social Research. Has also completed International Executive level programs at The University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and Harvard Business School.
