Reducing data entry errors, improving production efficiency and delivering real-time shop floor feedback, Radley Corporation’s Q*Automated Data Collection (Q*ADC) is a complete mobile data collection system for QAD Enterprise Applications. Materials personnel can transfer, issue and adjust QAD Enterprise Applications inventories using bar codes or radio frequency identification (RFID) tags, eliminating paperwork and manual data entry.

Powerful options such as the Radley IntelliLabel module can produce serialized bar-code labels for items, containers and mixed pallets anywhere in the inventory tracking process. With IntelliLabel, users can then scan this single serial number so that the item, quantity, lot/serial, weight, quantity and other attributes are automatically associated with that transaction without additional scans. All information is validated for accuracy, and each transaction produces real-time updates to the QAD Enterprise Applications database.
