Our Software Development practices meet ISO 9001:2008 and TickIT (Issue 5.5) standards. QAD’s Quality Management System and its Internal Audit program ensure that we stay on track on our development projects and standards.
QAD has been ISO 9001 / TickIT certified by Lloyd's Quality Assurance (LRQA) since 1995.
ISO Certificate Requests
Both prospects and existing customers are required to meet regulatory requirements, especially those in the Life Science industries. These requirements may require observable evidence that their vendors are ISO certified.
QAD helps its prospects and customers meet these regulatory requirement by supplying a copy of our ISO Certificate as needed. To request a copy of QAD's ISO Certificate, please send your request via email to QAD Quality Management System Operations Team at email@example.com.
Prospects often require the completion of a Supplier Assessment form as part of the Sales Cycle. Forward all assessment requests to the QAD Quality Management System Operations Team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include the following with the request:
