Pamela Lopker, who founded QAD in 1979, is responsible for shaping its vision and strategic direction, and directing the company’s global research and development efforts.

Lopker has long been recognized as leader and entrepreneur in advancing manufacturing software. She has received many publishers’ accolades, including: “Hero of U.S. Manufacturing” from Fortune, “Manufacturing Industry Visionaries” from Start and “Legends of Manufacturing,” from Manufacturing Systems. Forbes profiled her four times, and Ernst & Young named her Entrepreneur of the Year for the Greater Los Angeles area. 

Lopker holds a bachelor of arts degree in mathematics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) by the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS).

Karl Lopker oversees all business aspects of QAD, including operations and market expansion, with strong regional and industry-specific development focus.

Lopker formerly served as president of Deckers Outdoor Corporation (NMS: DECK), which he founded in 1973. After he joined QAD in 1981, Lopker continued to hold a board of directors' position with Deckers, now a multimillion-dollar company including Teva, Simple and Ugg footwear brands.

Lopker serves on the QAD Board of Directors. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in electrical engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is also certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS).

Gordon Fleming is responsible for leading the company's global marketing organization, defining its key market strategy and developing its strategic vertical road maps.

Fleming joined QAD in 1995 and was responsible for QAD operations in Australia and New Zealand. In addition to enterprise resource planning software, his previous experience includes work in the corporate finance sector at Schroders plc and Barclays Group plc in the United Kingdom. With a background in electrical engineering, Fleming also has worked in commissioning and manufacturing roles for the defense and communications sectors.

Bill Keese is Senior Vice President of Research & Development (R&D) at QAD. He is a member of the Strategic Steering Committee and is responsible for overall product direction and overseeing the R&D organization and development process.

Keese has been employed with QAD for 13 years, holding various roles within the R&D and product management organizations. Prior to joining QAD, he spent 15 years developing business applications specializing in financial, procurement and material planning. Overall, he has 26 years of experience in the software industry.

Keese has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management Information Systems from California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly), San Luis Obispo.

Anton Chilton is Senior Vice President, Global Strategic Accounts at QAD, a position held since December 2008. Previously, he served as Managing Director, QAD Australia from 2006 to 2008 and Services Director, QAD Asia Pacific from 2004 to 2006. 

Before joining QAD, Chilton held senior roles in global systems integration companies for more than 12 years. He has extensive experience in Asia, Africa and Europe, managing business consulting and global account management teams and has built an extensive knowledge of the design and delivery of high value software and outsourcing solutions.

Prior to his consulting experience, Chilton designed software and infrastructure solutions to support for British Steel. He also served in the British Royal Navy's Submarine Service.

Tony J.Winter is Chief Technology Officer for QAD, responsible for driving the company’s long-term technology, architecture and product release strategies. Winter oversees a global Research & Development team, manages all technical relationships with QAD global partners, and innovates on QAD’s key technology initiatives, including its mobile computing and QAD On Demand.

Winter joined QAD in 1999, holding several key roles in Global Services and QAD R&D, including creating the Release Foundation Group and earning QAD’s highest technology honor, the Distinguished Engineer, for his U.S. and international patent for technology used in services-oriented architecture (S0A).

As a specialist in enterprise application architecture and enabling technologies, Winter has more than 15 years software R&D experience. He holds a bachelor of science degree in physics and computer science from Staffordshire University in the United Kingdom.

Ariel Weil oversees all aspects of DynaSys, the Supply Chain Planning division of QAD. He is responsible for shaping its vision, strategic direction, and steering the company’s global research and development efforts as well as operations and market expansion.

Ariel joined DynaSys in 1996 as R&D Director. Ariel brings 10 years of experience in the development of specific technologies in planning and optimization. He has directly managed the project to redesign and redevelop the new DynaSys solution based on the latest technologies. In addition to R&D, Ariel has been managing DynaSys’ key accounts for several years. Ariel was promoted as Deputy Managing Director in 2002 and was made CEO in 2006. After the acquisition of DynaSys by QAD Inc, Ariel has been named General Manager of QAD’s DynaSys Division.

Ariel started his career within the development center of the Bull French computers company before managing R&D teams in several other companies in France and in Israel.

Ariel holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and in Mathematics from the University of Strasbourg and is also certified in Supply Chain Management from the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS). Ariel is specialized in Artificial Intelligence and taught the constraint programming technologies in the University of Strasbourg.

Jeffrey Steele is a key contributor to the QAD User Interface Team and an advocate of open source technologies. Working in QAD Research & Development for more than 13 years, he has been integral to the development of several QAD products, including QAD .Net UI. Additionally, he was instrumental in porting MFG/PRO to Linux. Steele continues to provide innovative ideas that help QAD deliver the best possible products and solutions.

Steele holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Luc Janssen is responsible for QAD’s Financials and Business Intelligence offerings, and driving the introduction of QAD Enterprise Edition and Enterprise Financials.

Janssen brings 15 years of the business software industry experience and several years of operational experience in the manufacturing industry.  Before joining QAD early 2006, Janssen held different positions in marketing, product management and sales.  Prior to entering the software industry, he held operational and supply chain positions in different international manufacturing companies.

He has a master's degree in engineering and industrial management. Janssen is CPIM certified by The Association for Operations Management (APICS).

Fred Yeadon is an architect in QAD’s Software Foundation group, responsible for BPM as well as other QAD products and components mainly concerned with interoperability and integration. In his nearly 20 years at QAD, Fred has worked in various Research & Development roles including analyst, developer, development manager, and architect. Prior to this, he managed numerous information systems planning, integration, manufacturing consulting, and software development projects as a consultant over a 12-year period.

Joseph A. Phelan is responsible for the product management, which sets the long-term strategy and product direction, and product development, which executes the product plan and delivers product to the market, for QAD’s manufacturing solutions. Phelan has directed the Manufacturing group for the more than three years.

During his career of more than 30 years, Phelan has held positions as consultant, product manager, product strategist, product marketing manager, developer, and services and support consultant, complementing his background as a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, and APICS, where he achieved his CPIM status. Phelan holds a bachelor of arts degree in mathematics.

Cedric joined DynaSys in 1999 as Research and Development Manager. He led and developed the team, introducing modern object oriented design and software development practices. After having driven the development of the n.SKEP product, Cédric was appointed Product manager, a position where his extensive experience and knowledge benefitted sales, support, and projects. He is responsible for the product roadmap, architecture and technology, product-related sales materials, as well as the Microsoft partnership.

Prior to Dynasys, Cedric was Project Director for Intentia Consulting (now Lawson Software) where he successfully conducted the most important project in Europe. Prior to Intentia Consulting Cedric was IT Manager for mid-size industrial company Tryba for several years. Cedric started his career in Dassault Systèmes, the world leader in PLM solutions, where he entered as an Artificial Intelligence Expert. There he pushed the adoption of object oriented programming and C++, becoming the Software Engineering Department Manager, and developing software tools for customer and third vendors.

Cedric holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Sup’Meca Scholl in Paris and a PhD in Computer Science from the Ecole Centrale from Paris.

Bob Herdoiza is the President at CEBOS. He is responsible for setting company strategy and working closely with staff and customers ensuring CEBOS is continually adding value.

Herdoiza joined CEBOS in 2001, bringing over 15 years of experience in technology, manufacturing, quality, and compliance. Prior to joining CEBOS, he has held various positions including: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at AudienceOne, CFO at Adobe Enterprise Publishing Solutions, and Audit Manager at BDO.

Herdoiza holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan.

Rob DiMeola has been serving the role of Principal Business Analyst on the Trade Promotion Management (TPM) R&D team since 2009. 

Rob is a 14-year veteran with QAD, having established many rewarding relationships with customers over that time. He has been supporting, fixing, mentoring and training within Trade Promotions, Rebates and Deductions for the past 10 years and is viewed as a knowledge expert. QAD capitalizes on his many years of experience to help steer functionality and direction of the TPM product. 

Rob holds degrees in both Finance and Computer programming, and has been certified in both the Financials and Distribution areas.

Richard Day is responsible for a number of foundation products that are core services to QAD Enterprise Applications. Day serves as the product manager for BPM, Alerts, QXtend and Execlerator. He has also been instrumental in the development of the exciting new QAD BPM capabilities.

Day has been employed for more than 11 years at QAD, having served as a senior developer, architect and product manager. He has over 15 years of experience building complex business applications and has worked in a number of different industries including Freight Forwarding, Construction, Insurance and Manufacturing.

Carol Cvitkovich is the Director of the Global Resource Model for QAD’s Global Services organization. In this role her primary responsibilities include developing methodologies, service offerings, and resource models to effectively deploy QAD solutions for our customers using internal regional QAD resources, partners and our offshore Global Resource Centers with the goal of quicker time to our customers’ benefit.

Cvitkovich has been employed for more than 7 years at QAD, having served as a project manager and services director. Prior to joining QAD, Cvitkovich’s career spanned multiple industries and roles in the Information Technology area along with over 25 years spent in the Consulting Industry both delivering services and responsibility for managing the business.

Bill Foard has 25 years of manufacturing experience ranging from construction, over-the-road vehicle tracking, shop floor automation to inventory management. He has enjoyed the growth of data collection and systems automation. Foard worked with several ERP and data collections applications as a result of many acquisitions and mergers. His primary focus is to engage a provider with the strongest integration skills and cost effective solutions.

Charles Wierzbicki is the Director of Information Systems for the Performance Plastics division of Saint-Gobain. He is responsible for the development and execution of the strategy for the core business systems used in 46 manufacturing sites located in 16 countries.

Wierzbicki has spent 22 years with Saint-Gobain and has held positions in the various disciplines of IT, taking the role of Director of IS for the Performance Plastics division in 2004. In that role he has managed an upgrade to EB2.1, multiple implementations, acquisitions, divestitures, the global deployment of the .Net UI and is currently managing a global upgrade to Enterprise Edition with Enterprise Financials.

Frank Feustel is responsible to supply solutions that meet the business requirements of QAD customers as they relate to customer management solutions. He serves as the product manager for the QAD Enterprise Applications, Customer Self Service, and Configurator modules.  With over 13 years at QAD, he has worked as a consultant, project manager and program manager for QAD Global Services and in several other product management roles.

Prior to joining QAD, Feustel spent more than 10 years in the automotive industry with tier 1 suppliers.  He holds a M.A. degree in Economics and Computer Science from Friedrich-Alexander-University, Bamberg, Germany.

Eric Wolfrom is an ERP Business Consultant for Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies. His primary responsibility is in the realm of integrating web applications with manufacturing software. His experiences range from building "cradle to grave" snap-in tracing systems as required by various industries, barcode label standard initiatives for suppliers, company-wide implementation of Supply Chain Portal while incorporating Lean thinking where the opportunity exists.

Eric is Lean System Greenbelt, Six Sigma Green Belt certified and a bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Operations Management from Toledo University, Toledo, Ohio.

Chuck is Director of IT for Ralcorp Frozen Bakery Products, where he ensures its information technology strategy and execution are aligned.

Chuck started in IT with the Chicago Transit Authority in 1980 while in college, and was responsible for maintaining a project management system, which ran on punch cards. He earned his MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business, computer engineering degree from University of Illinois, and CPIM certification from APICS.

Chuck’s IT career has been on the applications side of the house, but he has also held non-IT titles of Sales & Operations Planning Manager and Director of Distribution for Elkay Manufacturing, where he spent 19 years prior to joining Ralcorp Frozen Bakery Products. Ralcorp was subsequently acquired by ConAgra in January, 2013.

René Bergkamp oversees research and development for Financials at QAD. He has been responsible for products such as European Accounting, the Euro Toolkit, Shared Services Domains and Enterprise Financials.

Bergkamp has over 20 years of experience managing software development. He holds a master of science degree in building and architecture, with a specialization in Construction Engineering and Management, and has been APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).

Guido Van den Broeck is a Director in Product Management with emphasis on Manufacturing and Supply Chain solutions. He leads QAD Product Strategies in the areas of manufacturing, supply chain, quality and cost accounting. He brings 15 years of experience with QAD products and implementation services for industries supported by QAD (Pharmaceutical, Life Science, Industrial, Automotive, F&B and CPG).

He is currently leading product developments in areas of serialization, quality & configurable attributes as well as cost accounting enhancements. Guido has a masters degree in engineering from KU Leuven, Belgium, and an MBA from ESADE, Spain.

Romeo Sequeira is Director of Consulting at QAD North America. Sequeira is responsible for customer engagements and manages technology and integration practice for QAD customers in North America. He has spent 15 years working with QAD products and has extensive experience in implementing QAD solutions.

Sequeira is certified in Production and Inventory Management from APICS. He holds a bachelors degree in computer science and MBA in technology management.

Doug is an internal business process consultant for Mueller Industries, headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee. His main areas of focus for Mueller include support of Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain and Inventory Control processes. He managed the initial BPM Design and Implementation for the Retail Channel New Part Process for Mueller, and is currently involved with their expansion of use of the BPM tools. He has worked for Mueller since 1999, in several different capacities, including corporate engineering, supply chain, and currently in IT Support.

He has a degree in manufacturing engineering from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Dave Medina is the Vice President – Life Sciences, responsible for QAD’s life sciences industry strategy and guiding product development to meet the needs of the life sciences. He joined QAD on October 1, 2012 and brings over twenty three years of experience in the health and life sciences industry.

Prior to QAD he held positions at Hewlett-Packard as the Director - World Wide Life Sciences Industry Segment, responsible for HP’s enterprise sales and services to the life science industry, and later Director – Product Management for Healthcare Analytics and Life Sciences. Prior to HP, he was the Director of Business Development and Marketing for Quintiles Consulting, focused on consulting services for GxP compliance consulting and medical device development. Before Quintiles he was a sales and marketing leader in a number of healthcare software and medical diagnostics companies.

Dave has a bachelor of science degree from the US Coast Guard Academy, an MBA from Tulane University's A. B. Freeman School of Business, a Graduate Studies Certificate in Medical Informatics from Northwestern University and held a Regulatory Affairs Certification from the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society.

Mary Ann Guthrie is Senior Director of Research & Development at QAD. She and her team are responsible for the Customer Management solutions, including QAD Customer Relationship Management (QAD CRM), QAD Configurator, QAD Customer Self Service (QAD CSS), QAD Service & Support Suite (QAD SSM, Field Service Scheduler and QAD Mobile), and Core Distribution.

Guthrie has been employed for more than 12 years at QAD, having served as a technical product manager, product manager and director of product management. Prior to joining QAD, Guthrie managed, led and participated in the development and implementation of complex business systems in the insurance, manufacturing and services industries, and has more than 25 years of experience in Information Technology and software development.

Gerard Hehir is a Product Manager for QAD Enterprise Financials. His passion is working with customers to define solutions that maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of QAD Financials.

Gerard has over 20 year’s experience of software development in the manufacturing and financial services sectors. Before joining QAD in 2005, he held various positions in large multinational organizations such as Dell, AMEX, and Dresdner Bank. This broad experience provides Gerard with a unique insight into the financial requirements of our customers and an expert knowledge of the full software development life cycle. This experience helps him in guiding QAD Financials.

Gerard has a degree is Software Engineering from Limerick Institute of Technology, and has been APICS certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).

Nancy Majure is responsible for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) in North America and works jointly with Sales and R&D to continue growth in the EAM market and product offering. Majure's passion is reliability and operational excellence. Her expertise comes from over 18 years in the manufacturing and asset management business space, first as a customer, then as a partner, and ultimately as a member of the QAD team since 2004.

During her career, Majure has worked with hundreds of clients in multiple verticals and countries to implement reliability and operational improvement programs. She has been instrumental in developing the newly released QAD EAM Field Readiness program to integrate the latest professional best practices into our software and services solutions around asset management.

Majure is a member of the Society for Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (SMRP) and and holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Mobile.

Ewan Friend is Managing Director of Data Interchange, a global partner that underpins QAD’s On-Demand service. With family heritage in the EDI and eBusiness industry for over 25 years, Friend worked throughout his University years in customer account management, software development and technical consulting. Managing director for the past five years, he is now responsible for shaping the vision of Data Interchange, focusing on the strategic product roadmap to continue to provide market-agnostic, best-of-breed B2B and integration solutions. 

Friend is a graduate of the University of Durham, holding a Bachelor of Science with Honours degree in Physics. In his leisure time, Friend enjoys competing in long-distance obstacle courses to raise money for charity.

Carlos García is the Director of the QAD's Global EDI Services organization. His primary responsibility is to develop QAD's EDI Services offering, ensuring that EDI Services are effectively deployed, fulfilling the requirements of QAD customers in the EDI space. 

He oversees a global team of dedicated EDI professionals that provide services around QAD's end-to-end EDI solution.

García has been working for QAD for over 15 years, having served in a number of roles, and has wide field experience in the implementation of QAD Applications and EDI Services. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering by the Polytechnical University of Catalonia.

Markus Barone is a product architect in QAD’s Customer Management R&D group and is responsible for the architecture and design of products in the sales and service/support area. In his 17 years at QAD, Markus has led the development of the Service and Support suite of products, including QAD Mobile Field Service. He has 23 years of experience building complex business applications for the service and distribution industries.

Terry Onica is responsible for global marketing activities and product strategies in the automotive sector, working in closely with customers and industry associations worldwide.

She has been involved in the automotive sector for 25 years, focusing on supply chain and technology, and serving leadership position in global automotive industry standards associations.

Onica earned the Outstanding Achievement awards from the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) and its European counterpart Odette, for her leadership in the industry initiatives to advance technology and standards for the automotive industry supply chain.

Brent Shooltz started his career early, working throughout his college years at a Tier-1 automotive supplier, performing procurement and engineering functions. Joining QAD in 1997, he has worked in sales, customer account management, Global Support Services, and currently is the business analyst for the Automotive Development Group. He has provided services ranging from full implementation project management support to trouble-shooting and business process analysis at more than 100 customer sites. Shooltz specializes in MFG/PRO distribution and manufacturing. His most recent work has been the recently released Planning & Scheduling Workbenches and Internal Supply Chain Synchronization tool sets. He has a bachelor's degree in Integrated Supply Chain Management from Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, MI. He is certified in Production and Inventory Control Management (CPIM).

Tim Dennis is a Solution Consultant at Precision Software, a division of QAD Inc., responsible for sales and pre-sales support.

He has 25 years of experience in Global Supply Chain management, operations, and technology, filling a variety of rolls during his career as Transportation Manager, Customer Service Manager, Solution Consultant, and Project Manager. Prior to that, Tim served proudly in the United States Air Force.

Carianne Nieuwstraten is a responsible for working with QAD customers to define requirements and help move solutions development forward to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness in QAD’s manufacturing planning, scheduling and execution product development areas, particularly QAD Production Scheduler and QAD Planning and Scheduling workbenches.

Nieuwstraten also leads QAD’s Automotive Development Group, a collaborative development group involving key automotive customers with the objective to drive development of automotive-specific enhancements. During Nieuwstraten’s 16 years at QAD, she has worked in standard product support, product enhancements, and business analysis for QAD financials, supply chain, customer management, and manufacturing applications.

Nieuwstraten holds a bachelor of arts degree in international business and languages from Rotterdam Business School, Rotterdam, Netherlands.

Chris Barnes is responsible for developing and managing engineering consulting, strategic planning, and operational improvement projects while establishing and maintaining project direction, milestones and quality of deliverables, for multiple customers in warehousing, distribution and manufacturing environments.

Barnes focuses on operational improvements that in the areas receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping methods to help maximize QAD’s customers’ return on investment.

Barnes holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Bradley University and an MBA in Industrial Psychology from the University of West Florida. He also is a Certified Fellow in Production and Inventory Management (CFPIM).

Charlie Eggerding is Vice President, On Demand of QAD. In this role he is responsible for the company’s SaaS strategy and execution. Eggerding joined QAD in 1993 and helped define the company's vertical market strategy. He was instrumental in launching the global automotive practice, which he led from 1993 to 2000.

After a brief departure, Eggerding returned to QAD in 2007 to help transition the company's SaaS business model. In the interim, he held executive positions at hosted application services provider Corio (acquired by IBM in 2005), Covisint and LeanLogistics (SaaS for transportation management).

Eggerding has worked with leading VC firms developing On Demand strategies for portfolio companies. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and is certified in Production and Inventory Management by APICS.

Debbie Mignola is responsible to supply solutions that meet the business requirements of QAD customers as they relate to business intelligence and data warehousing solutions. She serves as Product Manager of QAD BI. In her cumulative 8 years at QAD, she has also worked in QAD's operations for Field Service and Installed Base, and as a Software Engineer for internal QAD tools.

Between her two terms at QAD, Mignola started a SaaS company and served in multiple roles: CEO, CTO, project & product management, sales, marketing, training & implementation, operations management, and technical support management. She holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from UCLA. Mignola is PMP certified by the Project Management Institute; CSM and CSPO certified by the Agile Alliance; and Pragmatic Marketing Certified.

Rob Cramer is responsible for overseeing QAD’s Business Intelligence, Demand Management and Trade Management applications, has been a QAD vertical manager for electronics, industrial and consumer goods. He has extensive experience implementing supply chain systems and performing consulting/training work for companies such as Dow Chemical, GM Diesel, United Technologies, Eaton Yale and many more.

Cramer holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Western Ontario. He is a Certified Fellow in Production and Inventory Management (CFPIM), Certified in Integrated Resource Management (CIRM) by Advancing Productivity Innovation and Competitive Success (APICS).
