Pamela Lopker, who founded QAD in 1979, is responsible for shaping its vision and strategic direction, and directing the company’s global research and development efforts.
Lopker has long been recognized as leader and entrepreneur in advancing manufacturing software. She has received many publishers’ accolades, including: “Hero of U.S. Manufacturing” from Fortune, “Manufacturing Industry Visionaries” from Start and “Legends of Manufacturing,” from Manufacturing Systems. Forbes profiled her four times, and Ernst & Young named her Entrepreneur of the Year for the Greater Los Angeles area.
Lopker holds a bachelor of arts degree in mathematics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) by the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS).

Lopker formerly served as president of Deckers Outdoor Corporation (NMS: DECK), which he founded in 1973. After he joined QAD in 1981, Lopker continued to hold a board of directors' position with Deckers, now a multimillion-dollar company including Teva, Simple and Ugg footwear brands.
Lopker serves on the QAD Board of Directors. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in electrical engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is also certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS).

In addition to enterprise resource planning software, his previous experience includes work in the corporate finance sector at Schroders plc and Barclays Group plc in the United Kingdom. With a background in electrical engineering, Fleming also has worked in commissioning and manufacturing roles for the defense and communications sectors.

Bill Keese is Senior Vice President of Research & Development (R&D) at QAD. He is a member of the Strategic Steering Committee and is responsible for overall product direction and overseeing the R&D organization and development process.
Keese has been employed with QAD for 13 years, holding various roles within the R&D and product management organizations. Prior to joining QAD, he spent 15 years developing business applications specializing in financial, procurement and material planning. Overall, he has 26 years of experience in the software industry.
Keese has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management Information Systems from California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly), San Luis Obispo.

Before joining QAD, Chilton held senior roles in global systems integration companies for more than 12 years. He has extensive experience in Asia, Africa and Europe, managing business consulting and global account management teams and has built an extensive knowledge of the design and delivery of high value software and outsourcing solutions.
Prior to his consulting experience, Chilton designed software and infrastructure solutions to support for British Steel. He also served in the British Royal Navy's Submarine Service.

Winter joined QAD in 1999, holding several key roles in Global Services and QAD R&D, including creating the Release Foundation Group and earning QAD’s highest technology honor, the Distinguished Engineer, for his U.S. and international patent for technology used in services-oriented architecture (S0A).

Ariel Weil oversees all aspects of DynaSys, the Supply Chain Planning division of QAD. He is responsible for shaping its vision, strategic direction, and steering the company’s global research and development efforts as well as operations and market expansion.
Ariel joined DynaSys in 1996 as R&D Director. Ariel brings 10 years of experience in the development of specific technologies in planning and optimization. He has directly managed the project to redesign and redevelop the new DynaSys solution based on the latest technologies. In addition to R&D, Ariel has been managing DynaSys’ key accounts for several years. Ariel was promoted as Deputy Managing Director in 2002 and was made CEO in 2006. After the acquisition of DynaSys by QAD Inc, Ariel has been named General Manager of QAD’s DynaSys Division.
Ariel started his career within the development center of the Bull French computers company before managing R&D teams in several other companies in France and in Israel.
Ariel holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and in Mathematics from the University of Strasbourg and is also certified in Supply Chain Management from the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS). Ariel is specialized in Artificial Intelligence and taught the constraint programming technologies in the University of Strasbourg.

Cedric joined DynaSys in 1999 as Research and Development Manager. He led and developed the team, introducing modern object oriented design and software development practices. After having driven the development of the n.SKEP product, Cédric was appointed Product manager, a position where his extensive experience and knowledge benefitted sales, support, and projects. He is responsible for the product roadmap, architecture and technology, product-related sales materials, as well as the Microsoft partnership.
Prior to Dynasys, Cedric was Project Director for Intentia Consulting (now Lawson Software) where he successfully conducted the most important project in Europe. Prior to Intentia Consulting Cedric was IT Manager for mid-size industrial company Tryba for several years. Cedric started his career in Dassault Systèmes, the world leader in PLM solutions, where he entered as an Artificial Intelligence Expert. There he pushed the adoption of object oriented programming and C++, becoming the Software Engineering Department Manager, and developing software tools for customer and third vendors.
Cedric holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Sup’Meca Scholl in Paris and a PhD in Computer Science from the Ecole Centrale from Paris.

Chuck started in IT with the Chicago Transit Authority in 1980 while in college, and was responsible for maintaining a project management system, which ran on punch cards. He earned his MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business, computer engineering degree from University of Illinois, and CPIM certification from APICS.
Chuck’s IT career has been on the applications side of the house, but he has also held non-IT titles of Sales & Operations Planning Manager and Director of Distribution for Elkay Manufacturing, where he spent 19 years prior to joining Ralcorp Frozen Bakery Products. Ralcorp was subsequently acquired by ConAgra in January, 2013.

Prior to HP, he was the Director of Business Development and Marketing for Quintiles Consulting, focused on consulting services for GxP compliance consulting and medical device development. Before Quintiles he was a sales and marketing leader in a number of healthcare software and medical diagnostics companies.

Brent Shooltz started his career early, working throughout his college years at a Tier-1 automotive supplier, performing procurement and engineering functions. Joining QAD in 1997, he has worked in sales, customer account management, Global Support Services, and currently is the business analyst for the Automotive Development Group. He has provided services ranging from full implementation project management support to trouble-shooting and business process analysis at more than 100 customer sites. Shooltz specializes in MFG/PRO distribution and manufacturing. His most recent work has been the recently released Planning & Scheduling Workbenches and Internal Supply Chain Synchronization tool sets. He has a bachelor's degree in Integrated Supply Chain Management from Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, MI. He is certified in Production and Inventory Control Management (CPIM).

Carianne Nieuwstraten is a responsible for working with QAD customers to define requirements and help move solutions development forward to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness in QAD’s manufacturing planning, scheduling and execution product development areas, particularly QAD Production Scheduler and QAD Planning and Scheduling workbenches.
Nieuwstraten also leads QAD’s Automotive Development Group, a collaborative development group involving key automotive customers with the objective to drive development of automotive-specific enhancements. During Nieuwstraten’s 16 years at QAD, she has worked in standard product support, product enhancements, and business analysis for QAD financials, supply chain, customer management, and manufacturing applications.
Nieuwstraten holds a bachelor of arts degree in international business and languages from Rotterdam Business School, Rotterdam, Netherlands.

Charlie Eggerding is Vice President, On Demand of QAD. In this role he is responsible for the company’s SaaS strategy and execution. Eggerding joined QAD in 1993 and helped define the company's vertical market strategy. He was instrumental in launching the global automotive practice, which he led from 1993 to 2000.
After a brief departure, Eggerding returned to QAD in 2007 to help transition the company's SaaS business model. In the interim, he held executive positions at hosted application services provider Corio (acquired by IBM in 2005), Covisint and LeanLogistics (SaaS for transportation management).
Eggerding has worked with leading VC firms developing On Demand strategies for portfolio companies. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and is certified in Production and Inventory Management by APICS.

Debbie Mignola is responsible to supply solutions that meet the business requirements of QAD customers as they relate to business intelligence and data warehousing solutions. She serves as Product Manager of QAD BI. In her cumulative 8 years at QAD, she has also worked in QAD's operations for Field Service and Installed Base, and as a Software Engineer for internal QAD tools.
Between her two terms at QAD, Mignola started a SaaS company and served in multiple roles: CEO, CTO, project & product management, sales, marketing, training & implementation, operations management, and technical support management. She holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from UCLA. Mignola is PMP certified by the Project Management Institute; CSM and CSPO certified by the Agile Alliance; and Pragmatic Marketing Certified.
