Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are subject to a charge equal to 20% of your registration/training fee. To cancel your registration and/or training, please do so in writing by 5:00 p.m. (PST), Friday, May 23, 2008 for a refund. Refunds will be processed after the conference concludes. Cancellations received after 5:00 p.m. (PST) on May 23, 2008 or no-shows are subject to the full registration cost (no refund). Substitutions are welcome but must also be submitted in writing. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
