Your transportation between Naples Airport and the Hilton Hotel in Sorrento is included in your registration fee! Transportation will be covered for arrivals into Naples airport on Nov 16th & 17th. Shuttle service back to Naples airport will be covered for all departures on November 19th & 20th. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are subject to a charge equal to 20% of your registration. To cancel your registration please do so in writing (fax or email) by 17:00 (Rome DST), Friday, October 16, 2008 for a refund. Refunds will be processed after the conference concludes. Cancellations received after 17:00 (Rome DST) on October 16, 2008 or no-shows are subject to the full registration cost (no refund). Substitutions are welcome but must also be submitted in writing. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
