Eligibility

All active, regular employees scheduled to work at least 30 hours a week are eligible under the QAD benefits program. Eligible dependents include:

  • Your spouse
  • Your same- or opposite-sex domestic partner, as defined by the plan
  • Children of you and your spouse or domestic partner
  • Children up to their 19th birthday, unless they are full-time students, in which case they're covered up to their 24th birthday
