Last year was a year of technology advances and societal transformation. Though, not everything went so smoothly in every part of the world. Multiple <\/span>wildfires<\/span><\/a> ravaged Greece, burning more than 93,000 hectares (230,000 acres) of land, and Israel launched a full-scale war on HAMAS in Palestinian Gaza that is still happening and affecting manufacturing and supply chains today. As the world navigates this post-pandemic era, it is clear we are not without disruption as a global society.<\/span><\/p>\n Is Covid even considered a disruption anymore? Sure it is \u2013 but we have learned to adapt, take better health and safety precautions and make changes to the ways that we do business and ultimately, live our lives. Yes, gone are the days of masking up before taking the dog out for a neighborhood walk, or relying entirely on in-person office work to yield the same results as remote work. The pandemic may be over, but it is still influencing the global economy and shaping how and where we work. The good news is, organizations are building resiliency, and building up their technology footprint through significant advances in automation, machine learning and AI technologies, giving the world a glimpse into the future of business innovation.<\/span><\/p>\n Once acquired by software investment firm Thoma Bravo in 2021, QAD\u2019s transformation began. The addition of Redzone\u2019s connected workforce solution has already supercharged our product suite by unlocking the power of frontline teams, increasing productivity and engagement while reducing staff turnover.<\/span><\/p>\n Did you know?<\/b> QAD Redzone Connected Workforce<\/span><\/a> delivers a 29% increase in productivity, 74% increase in engagement and a 32% reduction in staff turnover.<\/span><\/p>\n We <\/span>launched a new visual brand<\/span><\/a> to embody our Adaptive Enterprise vision and growth journey. The new brand brings together the company\u2019s sharpened vision, recent acquisitions and SaaS solution growth supporting manufacturers and supply chains.<\/span><\/p>\n Did you know?<\/b> The new QAD color palette was inspired by three raw materials used in manufacturing: Cobalt Oxide, Cinnabar and Cadmium.<\/span><\/p>\n We <\/span>introduced Miny<\/span><\/a>, a generative AI tool for our Process intelligence solution.
