The spring 2024 release includes improved user experience and additional capabilities.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Fresh Look and Feel<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We took advantage of a technical uplift of the user interface to upgrade your user experience. Our <\/span><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.qad.com\/solutions\/adaptive-ux\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">UX<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> uplift isn&#8217;t just about aesthetics; it&#8217;s about driving adoption, ease-of-use and overall efficiency gains. With nearly 40 improvements based on <\/span><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.qad.com\/blog\/2023\/06\/brunswick-boat-group-improves-quality-and-process-standardization-with-qad\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">customer<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> feedback, including reduced cursor movement, enhanced white-space, and improved data density, navigating EQMS has never been smoother. One of the great new features is the ability to have a list of open windows in a single browser tab that persists for the device across sessions on the same device, as indicated in Figure 1.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;11740&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; add_caption=&#8221;yes&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incident Investigations<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We listened to customer feedback and are excited to introduce a new Incident Investigation process to the EQMS <\/span><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.qad.com\/solutions\/quality-management-system\/features#non-conformance-and-corrective-action-(ncr\/capa)\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NCR &amp; CAPA module<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. This feature empowers you to conduct thorough investigations before logging non-conformances, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and enabling better <\/span><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.qad.com\/blog\/2023\/06\/is-esg-really-worth-the-trouble\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">management of environmental or safety-related incidents<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. By involving customers in the requirements, design, and development phases, we&#8217;ve tailored this feature to meet the needs of industry verticals where quality and safety are paramount.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;11741&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; add_caption=&#8221;yes&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enhanced Flexibility with NCR and CAPA Separation<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In response to customer requests, we&#8217;ve separated non-conformance reports (NCRs) from Corrective Action Preventive Actions (CAPAs), offering you more flexibility in your quality management processes. This change allows for parallel processing and the creation of CAPAs without the need for a preceding NCR. We understand the importance of streamlining your workflows, and this update is our commitment to making your <\/span><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.qad.com\/blog\/2023\/06\/5-key-strategies-for-putting-quality-first-and-designing-it-from-the-start\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">quality management journey<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> as seamless as possible.
