What does it mean to be an Effective Enterprise? Well, imagine a future where your business processes are operating at peak efficiency and perfectly aligned with your strategic goals. QAD\u2019s goal is to help our customers achieve that vision in everything we do. ERP implementation is a large part of the customer engagement process, but it\u2019s only a small piece of the overall picture as far as we are concerned.<\/p>\n<h2>ERP Implementation is Only Part of the Customer Engagement Process<\/h2>\n<p>At QAD, we work extremely hard to understand customer goals and aspirations. Getting the software in place is important, but being successful, efficient and effective in the years to come is the main objective. <a href=\"http:\/\/peggysmedleyshow.com\/portfolio-items\/03-15-16-episode-444-segment-3-change-is-constant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">In this episode<\/a>, Carter talks about \u201cchange,\u201d and how it\u2019s a constant factor in the customer engagement process. Take an ERP implementation for example, while an implementation is taking place, business change has already occurred. How can we stay on top of that?<\/p>\n<h2>Customer-First ERP Implementation<\/h2>\n<p>By understanding a customer\u2019s specific needs, and being with them for every aspect of the process, we can be sure that they are getting the most out of their investment and are on their way to becoming an Effective Enterprise. We\u2019re hands-on with our customers. QAD teams work with the customer through the ERP implementation and that relationship doesn\u2019t end there. As markets, technology, and even individual companies change, we engage through regular check-ins to keep customers on track to maintain high productivity and effectiveness.
