As customer success marketing manager, it\u2019s one of my favorite \u2014 and most rewarding \u2014 programs that I work with customers on. Not only do I get to travel the world and visit our customers in their locations, but I get to see and hear first-hand how they use our ERP software to do amazing things. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Over the last year, I was fortunate enough to travel to Illinois, Wisconsin, Australia and New Zealand to meet customers in various industries <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qad.com\/solutions\/manufacturing-erp\">manufacturing<\/a> a wide range of products. Seeing shop floors in action is an experience that never gets old. No matter what industry our customer manufactures products for, it\u2019s a lot of fun to tour their facility, speak with their team and see how QAD ERP supports their business.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>QAD Partnerships = Customer Success<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A common theme I\u2019ve seen time and again working on customer success stories is the value of the relationships between our QAD team members in the field and the customers they work with every day. As part of the interview process we ask customers about their challenges and successes. Almost every time, the customer tells us how much they appreciate the partnership they have found with QAD. That relationship often helps overcome challenges and certainly leads to the success. It makes my job so much more rewarding and fun to see that partnership first-hand!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At Explore 2017, we debuted seven customer success stories.
