We are also excited to unveil updates to several other areas in the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.qad.com\/solutions\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">QAD solution portfolio<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The goals of all our innovations are to improve user productivity, enhance operational efficiency and boost the organizational agility needed to rapidly respond to changing business environments.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">QAD Adaptive ERP 2019 Highlights<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For QAD Adaptive ERP, enhancements span all of the business-oriented areas of the solution, the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.qad.com\/blog\/2019\/07\/adaptive-ux-imperative-for-manufacturing-erp-selection\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adaptive UX<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and the QAD Enterprise Platform, including:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>QAD Enterprise Platform <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">now supports multiple indexes for faster sorting and data retrieval. Alerts and approvals can be applied to extension fields for improved user productivity.<\/span><b>\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In <strong>QAD<\/strong> <\/span><b>Action Centers<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, we have updated the UX to support a more dynamic and interactive experience. Users now have the ability to perform dynamic filtering, chart drill-down, conditional coloring, chart linkage and other capabilities to improve decision-making. Twenty-seven new <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.qad.com\/blog\/2019\/07\/actionable-insights-qad-action-centers-overview\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Action Centers<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> have been developed and include more than 200 predefined KPIs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Building on our March 2019 release,\u00a0the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.qad.com\/solutions\/manufacturing-erp\/data-sheet\/qad-enterprise-asset-management\"><b>QAD Enterprise Asset Management<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0user experience has been further enhanced, particularly focused on purchasing and inventory aspects. In addition, Maintenance Action Center KPIs have improved analytic capabilities, and cost analysis now takes advantage of unified purchasing tax calculations for greater accuracy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the\u00a0<\/span><b>Customer Management and Service Management<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0areas, the customer-scheduled orders and release capability offers greater visibility and improved visualization to enhance customer service levels and exception management capabilities. The ability to identify and react to exceptions in a timely manner is critical to maintain customer satisfaction and avoid premium freight charges. Field Service Management delivers Service Contract Maintenance, allowing manufacturers to more quickly and simply create new contracts. Two new <\/span><b>Field Service Action Centers<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0have been added to better support service managers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the Financials area,\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.qad.com\/solutions\/financials-erp\/data-sheet\/qad-fixed-assets\"><b>QAD Fixed Assets<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0was re-engineered to fully utilize the Adaptive UX. Assets can now be recorded and tracked within our dynamic Web UI, resulting in more efficient processes and lower associated asset management costs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.qad.com\/documents\/data-sheets\/manufacturing\/qad-manufacturing.pdf\"><b>QAD Manufacturing<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> has boosted user productivity with the Adaptive UX in the areas of planning, quality and inventory. We have also introduced new production planning, smoothing and leveling capabilities, which are used to level orders on production lines while considering capacity constraints to enhance production efficiency.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.qad.com\/solutions\/demand-supply-chain-erp\"><b>Supply Chain<\/b><\/a><b>\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">area, we\u2019ve introduced a more streamlined process for updating Supplier Scheduled Order information using the Adaptive UX. Users can better monitor supplier releases and immediately identify any schedule irregularities or issues to ensure the proper requirements are being communicated to the suppliers in order to meet customer demands.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other QAD Solution Highlights<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some of the additional highlights of new versions of the solutions related to QAD <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.qad.com\/blog\/2019\/05\/adaptive-era-of-enterprise-resource-planning\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adaptive ERP<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.qad.com\/solutions\/qad-digital-supply-chain-planning\"><b>QAD Dynasys DSCP<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> has enhanced mobile capabilities, introduced embedded intelligence, and added agile planning capabilities, where the system senses changes in demand and provides the most appropriate response. Developments in the area of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.qad.com\/blog\/2018\/11\/manufacturing-machine-learning-predictions-simplified\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">machine learning<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and planning options provide more intelligence and improve forecast modeling accuracy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Several features of the\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.qad.com\/documents\/data-sheets\/supply-chain\/qad-supplier-portal.pdf\"><b>QAD Supplier Portal<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0were enhanced, such as Supplier Delivery Performance KPIs and Invoice Self Service to\u00a0help manufacturers maximize supplier performance and collaboration.\u00a0The QAD Supplier Portal now takes full advantage of the Adaptive UX.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.qad.com\/enterprise-quality-management-solution\"><b>QAD CEBOS\u00a0Enterprise Quality Management System<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> added new Program Quote Management (PQM) capabilities to support packaging specifications during the initial commercialization stage of a product or program. Adding the packaging specifications to PQM significantly streamlines the initial quote process, improves the approval process and fully monitors packaging revisions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lastly, the\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.qad.com\/solutions\/financials-erp\/data-sheet\/qad-internationalization.pdf\"><b>QAD Internationalization (I19) program<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0continues to help manufacturers reduce risk and improve profitability by lowering the cost of compliance when doing business globally.
