And never before has working remotely been so accessible across so many industries.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For years, remote work has been a key part of QAD\u2019s <\/span><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.qad.com\/services\/qad-effective-on-boarding\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Effective On Boarding<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (EOB) methodology. QAD\u2019s embrace of remote work prior to the COVID lockdowns led to our ability to seamlessly work 100% remotely on projects when it mattered most, and purposefully shift to a blended model once travel restrictions were lifted. To this day, QAD Professional Services works with customers to define the optimal model to maximize ERP implementation ROI over a timeline of months, not years.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Service Delivery in a Remote World<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Project managing outside a typical (pre-COVID) work setting is still common. When faced with major disruption or unforeseen challenges, projects that are key to business success must still proceed.
