Standard dashboard, reports, visual items, and queries are shipped with the QAD analytical modules. The contents of the zip files qad_<module_name>_dashboards.zip and qad_<module_name>_reports.zip are portal documents used to interact with the standard modules.

Find the qad_common_dashboards.zip file and place it somewhere for easy access. Using the portal, go to the menu option Administration|Data Migration. Select the Import tab, select the upload file option, and then click Import. Select the qad_common_dashboards.zip file and click OK.
