Note: For the Financials module, you must upgrade from 3.8.2 to 3.9. Upgrading from 3.8.1 to 3.9 is not supported. You can install the BI 3.9 Financials upgrade module, but it requires that you truncate your Financials fact table and perform a historical reload. All other modules can be upgraded from 3.8.1 to 3.9.
