The following things determine the amount of RAM needed:
• The size of the data warehouse
• The amount of data the DWD Scheduler and SQL-Server manipulates
• The complexity and degree of customizations within the BI modules

1 Total Server RAM assumes RAM sizing for the Windows Operating System and BI DWD Scheduler/SQL-Server only. If other components are on the server, you must size for these separately and allocate an appropriate amount of extra RAM.
