Operational Metrics have further improved our offerings, allowing customers to measure the readiness and status of processes such as ABC Analysis or Credit Management. They also allow customers to monitor a growing number of metrics such as inventory turns or receivable days outstanding. As with Browses & Collections, we should understand the benefits and limitations.

Operational Metrics provide an instantaneous and graphical view of the current positions. There are limited historical perspectives and the Metrics can only be viewed in the QAD UI.
