MicroStrategy Projects

MicroStrategy Projects can be designed and created from within the QAD Data Warehouse Designer framework. This chapter covers the procedures required to create and manage these MicroStrategy Projects.

MicroStrategy Prerequisites

Before building MicroStrategy projects using QAD Data Warehouse Designer, the following prerequisites are required:

 MicroStrategy must be installed on the Developer's PC.

 Install the QAD Data Warehouse Designer for MicroStratgey extension package. This is a separately shipped package that you must acquire via your account or partner manager.

Note: Installing this package enables the Tools/Build MicroStrategy Project menu in QAD Data Warehouse Designer.
