Day count

The number of days to retain. If 90 is entered then all versions created 90 days prior are deleted.(subject to keep count). If not set then deleted if retention date on the version record is past

Keep count

The minimum number of version records to keep for each object. If 5 is entered then the last 5 versions are kept irrespective of the Day count entered.
