Installing QAD CRM 6.6.3 on the Deployment Server
Install QAD CRM 6.6.3 from the installation CD. For the installation instructions, see
Installing QAD CRM on the Deployment Server.
Note:
• If QAD CRM 6.6.2 is already installed on your system, the system prompts you with the following message when installing QAD CRM 6.6.3:
QAD CRM 6.6.2 is already installed on your system. It is recommended to uninstall the previous version before installing QAD CRM 6.6.3. Do you want to continue with the installation.
Select Yes to continue. You have the option of removing the CRM 6.6.2 configuration later after you have confirmed that the CRM 6.6.3 configuration is working correctly.
• You do not need to follow the instructions in
Setting Up the Database Server in this
CRM Installation Guide, since now you are converting the existing CRM 6.6.2 to CRM 6.6.3.
