Upgrading QAD CRM 6.6.3 to CRM 6.7
It is recommended that you perform the upgrade from CRM 6.6.3 to CRM 6.7 using your TEST CRM 6.6.3 first. In this way, you become familiar with the required steps before you apply the upgrade to the CRM 6.6.3 production database.
Perform the following steps before upgrading:
1 If you use Remote Sales, perform QAD CRM 6.6.3 data synchronization to ensure that all the remote nodes are synchronized with the host database. Re-create the remote nodes after upgrade.
2 Back up the existing QAD CRM 6.6.3 databases that you are planning to convert to QAD CRM 6.7. If you plan to integrate CRM 6.7 with QAD EA, also back up the QAD EA databases. If CRM 6.6.3 is integrated with QAD EA, also back up the QXtend database.
