Upgrading QAD CRM 6.7.2 to CRM 6.7.3

It is recommended that you perform the upgrade from CRM 6.7.2 to CRM 6.7.3 using your TEST CRM 6.7.2 environment first. In this way, you will become familiar with the required steps before you apply the upgrade to the CRM 6.7.3 production database.

Perform the following steps before upgrading:

1 If you use Remote Sales, perform QAD CRM 6.7.2 data synchronization to ensure that all the remote nodes are synchronized with the host database. Re-create the remote nodes after the upgrade.

2 Back up the existing QAD CRM 6.7.2 databases that you are planning to convert to QAD CRM 6.7.3. If CRM 6.7.2 is integrated with QAD EA, back up the QXtend database along with QAD EA databases.
