New and Changed Features
• This release of QAD CRM supports integration with Microsoft Exchange 2007 and 2010. The system has several enhancements; for example, Exchange public folders are no longer needed for Contact Synchronization.
• The installation is simplified by removing the need to install plug-ins to Microsoft Outlook clients.
• This release of QAD CRM simplifies the e-mail, contact, and activity integration so that you can use these functions through mobile devices.
