In this exercise, you will create and post customer invoices based on sales orders with price changes.

Use the following parameters (if needed):

• Entity: 22UKCO

• Site: 22-100

• Location: 010

• Sub-account: use Elec

• Cost center: use the default or else use Adm

• For all other fields: use the lookup and choose from the list.

• Printer: PAGE

1 Create a sales order as follows.

a Press Enter on the Order field. Note the order number (needed for the next step)_______________.

b Specify the line details:

c In the Trailer frame, specify an additional value:

2 Ship all 100 units of the sales order created in step (1) using Sales Order Shipments (7.9.15).

3 Change the unit price and service fee using Pending Invoice Maintenance (7.13.1).

Note: In order to edit the unit price, select the Reprice/Edit field in the Details frame of Pending Invoice Maintenance.

4 Review Sales Order Shipped not Invoiced (7.15.20).

5 Post the sales order shipment using Operational Transaction Post (25.13.7). Specify daybook ISS-SO and the current date.

6 Review transactions in Journal Entry View (25.13.1.3) for daybook ISS-SO.

7 Print the draft invoice for the sales order using Preview Invoice Print (7.13.3).

8 Post the customer invoice using Invoice Post and Print (7.13.4).

9 View the customer invoice using Customer Invoice View (27.1.1.3).

10 Run the following reports with the current date as the posting date:

• GL Transaction Report (25.15.1.1)

• GL Transactions Audit Log (25.15.1.9)

• GL Transactions by Daybook (25.15.1.4)
