Routing Cost Roll-Up Calculations
Routing cost calculations are based upon work center data for hourly rates for setup and run labor. The work center also provides the burden rates as cost per hour for labor and machine burden, as well as labor burden percent.
Cost Calculations
The routing records provide the setup and run times, as well as the machines per operations and operation yield percent. In the case of a subcontract operation, the routing provides the per item cost of the outside processing.
