The value set in the Create ISB field is used in conjunction with the value defined for an item in the Installed Base field of Service Item Maintenance to determine if installed base records are normally created for this end user. This field defaults from the same setting in End User Control (11.9.24).

The value of PO Required is checked by RMAs, Service Contracts, Contract Quotes, Call Quote Maintenance, Call Maintenance, Call Activity Recording, and Call Quote Release to Recording.

The value of Auto Renew Contracts provides a default in Contract Maintenance when contracts for this end user are created.
