ISB Records in Sales Orders
Several conditions must be met to have invoice post update the installed base:
• Installed Base must be Yes for the item (in Service Item Maintenance)
• Create ISB must be Yes for the end user
• If the Ship-To address is not yet defined as an end user, Create ISB must be Yes in End User Control
