Invoice sorts are defined and maintained in Invoice Sort Maintenance (11.21.5). In addition to the fields displayed here, you can also define labels in multiple languages, if needed.

As part of implementation, it is important to remember that invoice sort codes must be set up before service categories. This is because each service category must reference a valid invoice sort code.
