SSM Accounting Control: Contract Settings
Various settings in SSM Accounting Control influence how contracts are created, billed and managed. A few key settings include:
Start From Warranty
If Yes, contracts begin after warranty expires.
Items in Installed Base
If No, you can reference items on a contract even if they do not exist in the end user’s installed base.
Renew Limits From
If C, system copies limits as defined on existing contract. If S, system looks at limits associated with the service type.
End User or Contract Additional Charges
If No, the frame is not included in the sequence of frames in Contract Maintenance.
