You can enter contract lines manually or you can have the system generate them based on one of three sources: Installed Base, Sales Orders, or Sales Quotes.

When a call exists that references a contract, the system restricts changes to that line.

You can delete line items on a contract except when referenced by a call or it has been invoiced.
