Contract billing does not actually take place inside the Service and Support Management module. Instead, a special billing release to invoice function turns billing and service contract cash flow over to QAD EE’s standard sales order and general ledger functions. This means that contract sales only updates GL accounts during invoice post.

Service and Support does include a method for correcting service billings and specifying how you want to bill for service. It also provides specialized reports for contract billing information.
