Effects of Visits and PM Item
This table summarizes the interaction of the settings for the PM Item and Visits fields:
• If you have a contract-wide schedule and want to exclude a particular item, set the PM Item field to No.
• If you have a contract-wide schedule and want to include a particular line item, set the PM Item field to Yes and do not change the line item Visits field.
• If you want to generate an individual PM schedule for an item, set PM item to Yes and specify a value for Visits that is different from the header Visits value.
