The data entry for recording call information can be greatly streamlined by setting up multiple sets of default call information in Call Default Maintenance (11.1.21.10). These sets of defaults are pulled into the programs used to create calls directly, where they can be modified, or used for calls automatically created by the system. Default for call quotes are also set up with the same maintenance functions. These values can be overridden for individual calls as needed.
