Primary and secondary engineers can be associated with end users in End User Data Maintenance (11.9.1). If Assign Primary Engineer is Yes in Call Management Control, the primary engineer can be automatically assigned when new calls for an end user are created.

If call scheduling is being used, the primary and secondary engineers can receive ranking points for being the individuals that normally work for an end user.
