The features of Call Invoice Recording (CIR) complement and complete those of Call Activity Recording. With CIR, invoice detail for calls can be created, modified, and reviewed. A general overview of the totals by charge code and invoice sort is also available. Labor, expense, and item costs are displayed along with pricing, the line total, total cost, and margin percent.

Multiple items from a single call can be adjusted and processed on one invoice. Once the review is completed and adjustments made, you can print a draft invoice for final review. The presentation of information on the printed invoice can be managed by setting fields for either detail or summary invoice lines.
