MO Returns
There are two main circumstances when an engineer may need to return items ordered on an MO:
All of the items ordered for a call are not used. These items can be returned in either Call Parts Recording or Call Activity Recording. They can also be returned directly in MO Direct/Pending Returns (11.11.8).
Items returned by an engineer in either Call Parts Recording or Call Activity Recording are given a pending status. This means that the items are registered as returned, but remain in the engineer stock. They must be physically returned to general stock in MO Direct/Pending Returns.
