The site specified in the control for Customer Return Site is used as the default for RMA receipts. If you perform repairs at a manufacturing site, you should specify it as the Customer Return Site. If you keep your return and repair operations separate from manufacturing, use the repair site as your Customer Return Site default.

Another important control setting for RMAs is Customer Spares Site. The site specified in the control for Customer Spares Site is used as the default for RMA issues of replacement items.
