Beginning with 2012 Enterprise Edition, QDT updates $TOMCAT/webapps/$QADUI/WEB-INF/conf/process-config.xml during upgrades to ensure proper process map operation. If you previously customized the process map configuration, the changes are no longer available. QDT backs up the original process-config.xml file and renames it process-config.xml-<date>_<time>. Manually migrate the original settings to the new file.
