Performing a Clean QDT and Enterprise Edition Reinstallation
If a conversion or upgrade did not complete successfully and terminated prematurely, you first must determine the root cause of the problem and correct it in the source environment.
You then must restart the conversion from the beginning by doing a reinstallation of QDT and QAD Enterprise Edition. This task is performed using the following procedure:
Note: During a clean install, do not reinstall QDT over an existing QDT installation because doing so can cause additional problems. Only install QDT over an existing QDT installation if you intend to perform a QAD Enterprise Edition upgrade.
