The following table lists the software and hardware requirements for the database server.

10-GB free disk space for data structures. This estimate is based on a 5 to 7-GB production database.

Perform a complete installation, not a typical or custom installation, of Progress components.
If Progress installs its own version of Java and it differs from the version that the Web server requires, do not remove the Progress-installed Java version when installing the Web server version.
