1 Using Domain Calendar Maintenance (36.2.4.1), verify a default shop calendar of five eight-hour days, Monday through Friday.
2 Using Department Maintenance (14.1), review the accounts codes for labor reporting defined for the Manufacturing department (0010).
3 Using Product Line Inquiry (1.2.2) for product line 10, review the work order accounts used for labor reporting.
4 Using Work Order Control (16.24), configure these settings:
Set Auto W/O Numbers to Yes.
Note the value of the Next W/O Number.
Set both comments fields to No.
Set Move First Operation to Yes.
5 Using Work Order Accounting Control (36.9.11), verify that Post Variances at SFC is set to Yes.
6 Using Employee View (36.1.7.3), review the record for Employee 10-EMP02. This record is used for all labor reporting.
7 Using Reason Codes Maintenance (36.2.17), add the following codes:
