All Profiles and Contact Persons no longer displays the error “Failed to transfer to ERP(3105).gender(tcontact.gender) You must enter this field. gender(tcontact.gender) Invalid value, Possible values Male,Female.” when the blank gender is selected for the contact and the integrated environment is not QAD 2016EE. Previously, the error was displayed.

Opportunity now correctly updates the Stage as “Invoiced” when a sales order with a negative quantity is invoiced in the ERP and CRM-ERP integration is ON. Previously, the Opportunity corresponding to the sales order was deleted.

Previously, Invoice Post and Print (7.13.4) could not calculate and display the correct accrual amount for orders that were released to QAD ERP from the quotes that were created within QAD CRM when the price list for Accrual was defined in Price List Maintenance (1.10.1.1) and the Net Price or Discount was manually changed in CRM using All Profiles or Opportunities. This issue has been fixed.

The All Profiles program no longer updates Customer Language Code within the ERP when a profile address is updated in CRM and CRM-ERP integration is ON. Previously, the customer language code in the ERP was updated with the language code of the user who logged into CRM if the user existed in ERP; otherwise it was updated with the language code of the user specified in ERP Management Control in CRM.

In QAD CRM, the Right ALT+Z key combination no longer triggers the undo function in the email body frame in Activities.
Previously, the user could not enter the Polish special character in the email body frame using the Right ALT+Z key combination with Polish keyboard.

The functions listed below now correctly display the left-most tab when you initially access the User-Defined Fields frame. Previously, the focus was on the right-most tab.
The affected functions include Profile Maintenance, Opportunity - Quote Details, Opportunities, Opportunity - Order Details, Enter a New Profile Wizard, Product, and Installed Base.

Previously, a user could export all profile records even though the user had no access right to some of the profiles.
The issue has been fixed. Now only the profile records of the team that the current logged-in user belongs to can be exported.

Previously, the profile type was not correctly updated in All Profiles when you change the Type field in Customer Data Maintenance (2.1.1) on QAD ERP.
Now this issue has been fixed.

Previously, when you reassigned territories, all the activities linked with the selected profiles were reassigned to the specified user regardless of the owner of the activities.
The Change From field has been added to allow you to reassign the activities of a specific owner.

When you delete, disable, or deactivate an existing CRM user in User Maintenance on QAD ERP, the system informs you that the user is no longer able to access CRM and prompts you for confirmation.
Previously, there is no message to notify the user in this scenario.

The All Profiles program now correctly copies the field values of Address Format, Tax Class, and Tax Usage of Business Relation and the values of Tax Class and Tax Usage of the Customer when sending new business relations and customers created in CRM to ERP using the Send to ERP button. Previously the values for the above mentioned fields were blank.

Previously, in All Profiles, the records for the customers on credit hold were always highlighted regardless of the setting of the Foreground color for th Customers with Credit Hold field in QAD ERP Management Control.
Now this issue has been fixed.
