Viewing the Signatures
You can view the shipment signatures when you browse for shippers in Shipment Certification Browse (75.6.3). Several fields relate to shipment certification.
Shipment Certification Browse (75.6.3)
Certification Key
This field displays the key shipment data that was used to generate the signature in a readable format. The data includes the ship confirm date, signature creation date and time, full shipper number, and amount.
Shipment Certificate
This field displays QAD’s certification number, as issued by the local government.
Signature Current Shipment
This field displays the signature for the shipment, which is a string containing 172 characters.
Signature Previous Shipment
This field displays the signature of the previous shipment created using the same shipper sequence ID.
Creation Date
This field displays the date on which the shipment signature was created.
Creation Time
This field displays the time at which the shipment signature was created.
Short Signature
This field displays the short signature for the shipment, which consists of four characters from the signature corresponding to the 1st, 11th, 21st, and 31st positions.
Status.
This field displays the status of the signature. It shows Canceled when the Shipper related to the signature is unconfirmed.
