RF users can use the RF Read Messages (6) option to view messages sent to them by QAD EE users from within QAD Warehousing. RF users cannot send messages to QAD Warehousing.

When the message is sent, an asterisk (*) displays in the upper right corner of the RF screen. The RF user must select the F11 function key to acknowledge receipt.

The user can then access the RF Read Messages option to view the message. The RF lists any unread messages by sender, date, and time, in ascending order by date. Unread messages have an asterisk (*) next to them.

Once RF users read the message, they can end the message program.
